About me
Hi there, my name is Brayden LeSon. As a rising senior, I’ve always believed in the power of movement to transform not just bodies, but minds and lives. That belief, combined with my background in competitive judo, inspired me to start EmpowerFitYouth—a project dedicated to helping young people discover the confidence, strength, and joy that come from staying active. Over the years, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to compete and place in numerous national and international judo championships, which has taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of pushing past limits.
With EmpowerFitYouth, my mission is to make fitness accessible, fun, and empowering for all. I want others to experience how even small steps—whether it’s a workout, a walk, or a new sport—can make a big difference.
This project has helped me grow as a leader, but more importantly, it’s allowed me to support others on their own journeys toward strength and self-confidence. I believe that when we move our bodies, we unlock the power to feel stronger in every area of life.

Our Mission
EmpowerFitYouth is dedicated to inspiring and empowering young people through fitness, movement, and mindful living. Our mission is to create an inclusive, supportive space where youth of all backgrounds and abilities can discover the physical and mental benefits of staying active. Through workshops and online resources, we aim to promote confidence, resilience, and healthy habits that last a lifetime. Whether it’s through sports, workouts, or simply finding joy in movement, EmpowerFitYouth encourages every individual to believe in their strength, embrace their potential, and build a healthier, more confident future—one step, stretch, and stride at a time.
